Your reservation is confirmed after acceptance by Hôtel Savel, receipt of a 40% deposit of the total amount, and validation of the contract or terms and conditions for online bookings. For full details of the booking terms and conditions, please see the FAQ Hotel Savel.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, checks, and holiday vouchers.
No administrative fees are applied.
Prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes (excluding tourist tax and extras). Rates are valid for the 2026 season.
Yes. Ascension: minimum 3 nights, Pentecost: minimum 2 nights, Aluna Festival: minimum 3 nights, in July and August: minimum 2 nights.
Special rates are offered for stays of 2 nights and even better rates for stays longer than 7 nights.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If you arrive late, please inform the hotel: reception is available until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, access cannot be guaranteed.
If something delays your day, please let us know: we will wait for you until 10:00 PM.

Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. Any late departure may result in an additional night being charged.
Yes, Hôtel Savel in Ruoms now provides a dedicated shelter for motorcycles and bicycles. Your two-wheelers are protected from the weather throughout your stay - a welcome amenity for motorbike travellers exploring the Ardèche Gorges and cyclists touring the region.
FAQ - Hôtel Savel
Hôtel Savel in Ruoms has 16 air-conditioned rooms, all equipped with a television, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. An unfenced private parking area is also available for guests, and all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services. You will find all the cancellation terms and conditions in the FAQ Hotel Savel.
Cancellations must be notified by email or mail:
- More than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus €50 fee
- Between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund

Yes, only dogs are allowed in the independent rooms of the annex, upon prior request.
Additional charge: €15 per animal
Restricted (categorized) dogs are not allowed.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of people per room must not be exceeded.
Children must be constantly supervised, especially in the park and near the river (swimming is unsupervised).
Respect the premises, cleanliness, and facilities.
